No.13466 of 2011\n                       DHARMENDRA CHOUDHARY\n                               Versus\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   29.04.2011                Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                 case registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the<\/p>\n<p>                 Indian Penal Code 47A Excise Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is alleged that 180 liters of Mahua liquor<\/p>\n<p>                 was recovered from the house of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                              It is submitted that the seizure list reflects the<\/p>\n<p>                 seizure of 150 liters of Mahua liquor. The seizure was<\/p>\n<p>                 made on 01.04.2011, whereas, the prosecution report<\/p>\n<p>                 was transmitted to learned Chief Judicial Magistrate on<\/p>\n<p>                 04.04.2011. The delayed lodging of the F.I.R. clouds<\/p>\n<p>                 the bona fide of the accusation.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above<\/p>\n<p>                 named petitioner, be released on anticipatory bail, in<\/p>\n<p>                 the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned<\/p>\n<p>                 Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today,<\/p>\n<p>                 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>             satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>             Gaya in connection with Gaya Mufassil P.S.
