Abhichandi, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\npetitioner of Special Criminal Application No. 1765\/2011 has stated<br \/>\nat the bar, under instructions from the petitioner, that to show his<br \/>\nbonafides and to create a platform for talks for settlement<br \/>\nthe petitioner is ready and willing to clear the arrears of<br \/>\nmaintenance.  He has also stated at the bar that the petitioner shall<br \/>\ndeposit Rs. 25,000\/- within a period of one week from today with the<br \/>\nlearned trial Court and the balance amount of arrears of maintenance<br \/>\nshall be deposited within a  period of three weeks thereafter.  The<br \/>\npetitioner is directed to act as stated hereinabove.  As and when<br \/>\nsuch an amount is deposited it will be open for respondents nos. 1 to<br \/>\n3 to withdraw the same, which shall be  permitted to be withdrawn,<br \/>\nwithout any further from this Court.
