The<br \/>\naffidavit contains the Survey number of various parcel of lands and<br \/>\nhas copies of  the title documents. The copy of the affidavit along<br \/>\nwith annexure is duly served upon all the concerned representatives<br \/>\nof the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tOn<br \/>\naccount of difference between the parties and their counsel with<br \/>\nrespect to actual measurement of the land, available for sale, the<br \/>\nlearned advocates for the parties have made joint request for<br \/>\nassigning the measurement work of the aforesaid parcel of lands to<br \/>\nDistrict Inspector of Land Records, Surat.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tLearned<br \/>\nAssistant Government Pleader Ms.Mathur has submitted that she has<br \/>\ninquired with the concerned officer and ascertained the approximate<br \/>\nexpenses likely to be incurred in undertaking the measurement of  the<br \/>\naforesaid parcel of lands.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tShri<br \/>\nMarshall, learned Senior Advocate for the applicant M\/s. Gayatri<br \/>\nTrading &amp; Co., under instructions of the applicant, has submitted<br \/>\nthat the applicant is ready and willing to bear the expenses for<br \/>\nmeasurement, which would not be creating any right in favour of the<br \/>\nsaid applicant i.e. M\/s.Gayatri Trading &amp; Co. The amount of<br \/>\nRs.20,000\/- would be deposited with the District Inspector of Land<br \/>\nRecords, Surat within a week from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tThe<br \/>\nDistrict Inspector of Land Records, Surat is directed to undertake<br \/>\nthe measurement of the parcel of lands belonging to the respondent<br \/>\nCompany M\/s. Baroda Rayon Corporation Limited, Post Fatehnagar,<br \/>\nUdhna, District:Surat and especially those parcel of lands, which<br \/>\nhave been mentioned in the affidavit dated 6.10.2010. The District<br \/>\nInspector of Land Records,Surat is expected to complete the<br \/>\nmeasurement work within 10 days from the date of the receipt of this<br \/>\norder, which shall accompany the copy of the affidavit filed by the<br \/>\nCompany on 6.10.2010 so as to give clear picture to the DILR of the<br \/>\nland to be measured by him. The DILR is expected to give description<br \/>\nof the property and other appurtenant  if any to the land, for which<br \/>\nthe measurement exercises are undertaken by him. The DILR may also<br \/>\nsubmit appropriate sketch\/map of the land parcels, measurement<br \/>\nwhereof is undertaken by him. The entire exercise is expected to be<br \/>\ncompleted within 10 days of the receipt of the order.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tThe<br \/>\noffice is directed to make available copy of this order to the<br \/>\nlearned Assistant Government Pleader for its onward transmission to<br \/>\nthe DILR, Surat for compliance. Office is also directed to<br \/>\nindependently sent writ to the District Inspector of Land Records,<br \/>\nSurat which shall also accompany copy of the affidavit, which<br \/>\ncontains  the exact Survey number for which the measurement is<br \/>\nordered.
