the Apcomplajriiantig  the petitioners, who are<\/p>\n

  during the said quarrel, the petitioner<\/p>\n

A  i:.i’a,ssaii’lted the deceased with hands. Further, statement<\/p>\n

 the deceased breathed his last about less than 3 hours<\/p>\n

after the said incident while he was under treatment in<\/p>\n
the hospital. Postmortem examination report,j”cto’py”-Vof<\/p>\n

medical officer who conducted <\/p>\n

was due to Crenio Cerebralt’iri.iAti1fiest..as aresulti of blunt

3. Thoeit 1a Vtbe above that accused No.1<\/p>\n

‘1’herefore”,;I’diam of the opinion that he does not deserve<\/p>\n
 the graht of bail.\n<\/p>\n

4. The fact that the investigation is completed and
\ncharge sheet has been submitted, does not outweigh the<\/p>\n
serious allegations against the petitioner  to<\/p>\n
causing of the death of the deceased. _<\/p>\n
the accused No.2 (petitioner No? name1yv–AVS[o”Vw <\/p>\n
Narayana Naik) is alleged  l_f1’aVeth_e<\/p>\n
deceased with hands, l”ar’r1__ of the  <\/p>\n
