Jail record suggests that the applicant<br \/>\n\thas undergone imprisonment for a period of six years and seven<br \/>\n\tmonths and on earlier occasions he was released on parole and<br \/>\n\tfurlough and he surrendered on time.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tthe above, the applicant is ordered to be released on parole for a<br \/>\n\tperiod of 14 days on his depositing a sum of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees Ten<br \/>\n\tthousand) before the jail authority.
