No.17650 of 2011\n                                    Tapeshwar Singh\n                                          Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   30.06.2011                Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                 case registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and<\/p>\n<p>                 471\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is alleged that 125 persons got the benefit<\/p>\n<p>                 under Crop Damaged Scheme, subsequently, it was<\/p>\n<p>                 found that on the basis of forged documents, the<\/p>\n<p>                 benefits have been received.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is alleged against the petitioner being the<\/p>\n<p>                 Mukhiya that on his recommendation the money was<\/p>\n<p>                 disbursed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is submitted by the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner that most of the beneficiaries have returned<\/p>\n<p>                 the money and they have been granted bail.<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner is ready to deposit Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                 30,000\/- before the learned court below, which will be<\/p>\n<p>                 invested in some fix deposit schemes, which will be<\/p>\n<p>                 subject to the result of the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        On deposit of the aforesaid money, let the<\/p>\n<p>             above named petitioner, be released on anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>             bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>             learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from<\/p>\n<p>             today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>             thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>             the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>             Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with<\/p>\n<p>             Rosera P.S.
