It was also submitted by Mr. Vakil on<br \/>\nthe last occasion that since no amount was disbursed to the original<br \/>\nclaimants, the cross appeals which were filed for enhancement of the<br \/>\ncompensation have been dismissed on account of non-payment of the<br \/>\ncourt-fees <\/p>\n<p>2.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the aforesaid circumstances, we direct that the appellant<br \/>\nshall deposit the entire awarded amount together with the cost and<br \/>\ninterest with the Reference Court as ordered by the Reference Court,<br \/>\nif the amount has not been deposited.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\naforesaid order shall be complied with within four weeks from today.<br \/>\nIt is also observed that out of the amount which has been deposited,<br \/>\n50% of the amount shall be permitted to be withdrawn by the<br \/>\nrespondent &#8211; claimant and the remaining 50% of the amount shall<br \/>\nbe invested by the Reference Court in the Fixed Deposit Receipts,<br \/>\ninitially for a period of three years, and the investment shall be<br \/>\nrenewed from time to time until the appeals are finally disposed of.<br \/>\nThe original Fixed Deposit Receipts  shall be retained by the Nazir<br \/>\nof the Reference Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p>Vakil as well as Ms. Ajmera and the learned A.G.P. Ms. Thakkar shall<br \/>\nsupply the number of the left out matters of the present groups and<br \/>\nthey shall also supply the number of cross appeals or cross<br \/>\nobjections, if they have been dismissed on account of non-payment of<br \/>\nthe court-fees.
