2.   13.07.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.<\/p>\n
                                 Petitioner who is Head Master of a Govt. School has<\/p>\n
                    been made accused u\/s 420 & 409 IPC in Hathauri (Shivji Nagar)<\/p>\n
                    P.S.Case no.110 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n
                                 The allegation against the petitioner is that he has not<\/p>\n
                    submitted the D.C. Bill. From the FIR it appears that he has deposited<\/p>\n
                    the bill but certain amount he    has not deposited. Again from the<\/p>\n
                    documents annexed with this petition, it appears that the petitioner has<\/p>\n
                    subsequently deposited the said amount. Petitioner has also submitted<\/p>\n
                    the certificate showing that he was admitted in AIIMS, New Delhi.<\/p>\n
                                 In the facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest or<\/p>\n
                    surrender within 3weeks, petitioner, Sudhanshu Shekhar Choudhary is<\/p>\n
                    directed to be released on bail on his        furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n
                    Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand)   with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n
                    to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in<\/p>\n
                    Hathauri (Shivji Nagar) P.S.Case No.110 of 2010, subject to the<\/p>\n
                    conditions as laid down u\/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
