            It is brought to our notice that the writ petitioner has<\/p>\n
filed a Review Petition, R.P.No.617\/2009, as observed by us in the<\/p>\n
order dated 28.5.2009.         In that view of the matter, it is not<\/p>\n
necessary to continue the appeal. Therefore, the writ appeal is<\/p>\n
closed, making it however clear that the interim order passed by<\/p>\n
this court in the Writ Appeal on 20.11.2007 will continue until the<\/p>\n
review petition is finally disposed of.<\/p>\n
