 filed a memo before the learned<\/p>\n
 Ma\u00e9strejzey on 27.2.2009 bringing to the notice of the<\/p>\n
A 5′ that Frashanth M.N., who represented the<\/p>\n
l’   eompany in the application ceased to be in service of the<\/p>\n
Company and therefore it has authorised its Divisional<\/p>\n
Manager Bmu.S. to receive the geld articles \ufb01em the<\/p>\n
&~\/<\/p>\n
court and requested the court to hand over the seized<\/p>\n
golci articles to the said Binu S. The leameel Magistrate<\/p>\n
by order dated 7.3.2009 rejected the said mange-_ K<\/p>\n
