Justice K.HEMA\n\n Dated :14\/07\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                                 K.HEMA, J\n                            -----------------------\n                        B.A No.3827 OF 2010\n                        --------------------------------\n                 Dated this the 14th day of July 2010\n\n                                   ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>         This petition is for anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. The alleged offences are under Sections 420, 468, 120(B)<\/p>\n<p>r\/w Section 34 of IPC. According to prosecution, first accused<\/p>\n<p>applied for the post of Junior Assistant in KSFE and he obtained job.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, it was noticed that the provisional certificate<\/p>\n<p>submitted by the accused was forged one and he had passed the<\/p>\n<p>required examination only subsequently.                 Petitioner who is a<\/p>\n<p>relative of accused is implicated as second accused who helped<\/p>\n<p>first accused to forge the document.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>aged 70 years and he is a relative of first accused. He had raised<\/p>\n<p>objection when first accused eloped with a man to wreak vengence,<\/p>\n<p>first accused stated to the police when she was questioned that<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is also having involvement in the offence.              Petitioner<\/p>\n<p>appeared before the Investigating Officer on 03\/07\/2010 as per the<\/p>\n<p>direction of this court and he has explained all the details to the<\/p>\n<p>Investigating Officer.\n<\/p>\n<p>       4. This petition is not opposed. Learned Public Prosecutor<\/p>\n<p>submitted that petitioner was questioned by Investigating Officer<\/p>\n<p>when he reported before him as per the direction of this court. It is<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A No.3827 OF 2010                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>also submitted that in the light of the statement given, some more<\/p>\n<p>investigation may be required and hence, petitioner may be<\/p>\n<p>directed to appear before the Investigating Officer once in a week.<\/p>\n<p>      5. On hearing both sides, I am satisfied that anticipatory bail<\/p>\n<p>can be granted on conditions. Hence, the following order is passed.<\/p>\n<p>        (1) Petitioner shall, in the even of arrest, be released<\/p>\n<p>              on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>              (Rupees ten thousand only) with two solvent<\/p>\n<p>              sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>              the arresting officer on the following conditions:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                     (i)  Petitioner   shall  report  before   the<br \/>\n                          Investigating Officer on every Monday<br \/>\n                          between 10 a.m and 1 p.m for a period<br \/>\n                          of two months and co-operate with<br \/>\n                          investigation.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>        (2) This order will be in force only for a period of 15<\/p>\n<p>              days from today.
