RAMACHANDRA MENON, J.\n             ..............................................................................\n                      W.P.(C) No. 10494 OF 2010\n              .........................................................................\n                      Dated this the 26th March, 2010\n\n\n\n                                   J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Challenging Ext.P1 assessment order in respect of the<\/p>\n<p>assessment year 2005-06,                        passed by the second respondent,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner has preferred Ext. P2 appeal along with Ext.P3<\/p>\n<p>petition for stay and Ext. P4 petition for early hearing. The case<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner is that it is without any regard to the pendency<\/p>\n<p>of the said proceedings that                      coercive steps are being pursued<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner              as borne by Ext. P5 issued by the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent, which hence is under challenge in this Writ Petition.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Considering the facts and circumstances, the third<\/p>\n<p>respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on<\/p>\n<p>Ext. P3 petition for stay, in accordance with law as expeditiously<\/p>\n<p>as possible, at any rate within one month from the date of receipt<\/p>\n<p>of a copy of the judgment.                    It is made clear that till such orders<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No. 10494 OF 2010<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>are passed on Ext. P3, all further proceedings pursuant to Ext. P5<\/p>\n<p>shall be kept in abeyance.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The Writ Petition is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 P.R.
