Engineer on behalf of PIO.<br \/>\nThe respondent pointed out that they had given the appropriate replies to the queries for<br \/>\nwhich information had been sought. The appellant wanted to know if building plans had not<br \/>\nbeen sanctioned what action had been taken by MCD. This however, was not brought out in<br \/>\nthe way in which the RTI query had been framed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision :\n<\/p>\n<p>The appeal is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>The respondent has however agreed to provide the information to the respondent on the<br \/>\nfollowing queries:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>    1. If the plans have been sanctioned, they will inform the appellant about this in writing.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>    2.
