Justice T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :30\/11\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                T.R RAMACHANDRAN NAIR,J.\n                       -------------------------\n                  W.P ( C) No.32569 of 2009\n                      --------------------------\n           Dated this the 30th November,2009\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner is presently working as High School<\/p>\n<p>Assistant (Maths-Tamil Medium) in the Government High<\/p>\n<p>School, Vagamon in Idukki District.         Petitioner had been<\/p>\n<p>seeking an an inter-district transfer to Trivandrum District<\/p>\n<p>in any existing vacancies      The main complaint raised by<\/p>\n<p>the writ petitioner is that Ext.P3 in the writ petition was<\/p>\n<p>not forwarded to the Director of Public Instruction by the<\/p>\n<p>4th respondent and therefore overlooking his plea, the<\/p>\n<p>5th respondent was given a transfer.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    Learned Government Pleader, on instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submitted that the last year&#8217;s priority list was published<\/p>\n<p>on 27.2.2009 by the 4th respondent and from the said list,<\/p>\n<p>the 5th respondent was given a transfer.           It is assured<\/p>\n<p>that the claim of the petitioner will be considered this year<\/p>\n<p>and appropriate orders will be passed along with other<\/p>\n<p>claimants. It is also submitted that the officially list will be<\/p>\n<p>published in February 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>W.P ( C) No.32569 of 2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      The above submission is recorded.
