BHATT\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 24\/03\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>(Per<br \/>\n: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)<\/p>\n<p>1.0\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned senior advocate Mr. Oza with Ms. Srushti Thula for the<br \/>\napplicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tAfter<br \/>\nhaving heard the learned senior advocate for the applicant at length<br \/>\nand after having perused the papers produced by him, this Court is<br \/>\nnot inclined to suspend the sentence as prayed for.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.1\tAt<br \/>\nthis juncture, learned senior advocate for the applicant requests<br \/>\nthat Final Hearing of appeal be expedited.  He further requests that,<br \/>\nif possible, to fix the appeal for hearing in June 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tThe<br \/>\nappeal is ordered to be placed for Final Hearing in the week<br \/>\ncommencing from 20th June 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.1\tThe<br \/>\nCourt below is directed to see that the Paper-book is prepared<br \/>\nat the earliest.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.2\tThe<br \/>\nRegistry is directed to send the R &amp; P, if received,<br \/>\nforthwith to the Court below for getting the Paper-book prepared.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.0\tThe<br \/>\napplication is dismissed.
