No.44285 of 2010\n                                      PANKAJ PODDAR\n                                              Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3      20.04.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                    counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Petitioner&#8217;s presence is shown among miscreants who<\/p>\n<p>                    looted cash, mobile and other articles from vehicle, but without<\/p>\n<p>                    overt act. He was arrested in a case for having looted mobile, but is<\/p>\n<p>                    allowed bail in that case finding valid paper for its SIM, no<\/p>\n<p>                    verification of the mobile set and petitioner is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                    26.07.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                    let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                    bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                    amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Khagaria in<\/p>\n<p>                    connection with Baldour P.S.
