(ORAL)\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Petitioner wife seeks the transfer of divorce petition filed by<\/p>\n<p>her husband at Tarn Tran to Jalandhar on the ground that she being alone<\/p>\n<p>will have to travel from Jalandhar to Tarn Taran on each date of hearing. In<\/p>\n<p>case she has to contest the petition at Tarn Taran, she will have to take<\/p>\n<p>assistance of her father to join her at Tarn Taran. An application under<br \/>\n T.A. No. 36 of 2009                                                    [2]<\/p>\n<p>Section 125 Cr.P.C. is stated to have been filed by the petitioner at<\/p>\n<p>Jalandhar.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Counsel for the respondent has contended that it will be<\/p>\n<p>inconvenient for the husband to come to Jalandhar in case the petition is<\/p>\n<p>transferred to Jalandhar.\n<\/p>\n<p>             I have considered the comparative convenience of both the<\/p>\n<p>parties. It appears that the convenience of the wife is required to be seen in<\/p>\n<p>the case as she has already filed a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. at<\/p>\n<p>Jalandhar and she has to take the assistance of her father to help her to<\/p>\n<p>contest the case which is apparently inconvenient.<\/p>\n<p>             Petition is allowed. The divorce petition Rajesh Kumar Vs.<\/p>\n<p>Renu Bala filed by the respondent at Tarn Taran is ordered to be transferred<\/p>\n<p>from the Court of Additional District Judge, Tarn Taran to District Judge,<\/p>\n<p>Jalandhar. Parties are directed to appear before the transferee Court on<\/p>\n<p>October 24, 2009.
