Information Sought                                 Reply of PIO\nInformation has been sought in reference to the Exam held for the recruitment of GBO Scale III in the\nBank of India.\nDetails of the Appellant are: Ashish Pandey, Reg. no. 1060386, Roll no. 2303074225\n1.    What were the Appellant's marks in all sections in written Test of Reasoning-82\n      as well as interview?                                      Quantitative aptitude-44\n                                                                 General Awareness-31\n                                                                 TWS-157\n                                                                 DP-63\n                                                                 Interview - 35 FAIL\n2     What are the marks of topper in all section who topped I The person who is on the top of\n      GBO Scale III and the marks of the last person in all selection list got 353 marks and who\n      selection who got selected?                                was on the last got 251 marks.\n3     What criterion was checked in the interview process It may please be noted that the\n      while giving marks in the interview? How much marks Appellant had got only 35 marks in\n      have been awarded to the Appellant on these criterions? the interview and thus failed to\n      Please disclose the distribution                           obtain minimum marks in interview\n                                                                 and there are no spate attributes\n                                                                 hence above said marks are\n                                                                 conclusive.\n4     how many selected candidates have been given more It is informed that 91 candidates are\n      marks than the Appellant in interview who had weaker above the Appellant and all others\n      academic record than me and how were below me? are below his rank(i.e. 22 below the\n      Further how many had Masters degree with distinction? Appellant)\n      Was academic record also considered at interview?\n5     The Appellant had almost 6 years and 4 months More number of years experience is\n      experience in Punjab National Bank at the time of not a criterion for selection but is\n      interview. How many candidates selected had got more only considered for eligibility to\n      experience than the Appellant in bigger banks than Bank apply for the said post.\n      of India as was in the Appellant's case?\n 6      The Appellant had undergone intensive training in PNB,                   Achievements, award, training etc.\n       further he had got appreciation letter from CMD and GM                   are not criteria for selection but only\n       (IT) for being team members of CBS Implementation                        peripheral to know more about the\n       Team that had migrated branches of PNB into CBS and                      candidate.\n       these certificates were deposited at the time of interview.\n       How many candidates selected by the bank for GBO\n       Scale III had such specialized training and such\n       appreciation letter of achievement from GM and CMD of\n       the Banks in any field\/\n\nGrounds for the First Appeal:\nThe Appellant was not satisfied with the information which was provided to him by the PIO\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\nThe FAA stated that the information available on records has already been provided to the Appellant.\nHowever, a copy of reply was enclosed along with the order of the Appellant immediate reference.\n\nGround of the Second Appeal:\nThe Appellant not satisfied with the order of the FAA.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. I.
