MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the petitioner has brought to our notice a<br \/>\ntypographical error in third line of the second paragraph of the<br \/>\norder dated 3.8.2011 wherein instead of the words, &#8220;the<br \/>\nconcerned person&#8221; it has been wrongly typed as &#8220;the<br \/>\npetitioner&#8221;.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nheard the learned counsel for the parties, we make it clear that this<br \/>\nCourt  allowed the respondents  to inquire into the matter and take<br \/>\nappropriate action against the concerned person and not the<br \/>\npetitioner. It is, therefore, ordered to read  &#8220;the concerned<br \/>\nperson&#8221; in place of &#8220;the petitioner&#8221; in third line<br \/>\nof second paragraph of the order dated 3.8.2011. The order dated<br \/>\n3.8.2011 stands modified to the extent above.
