SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 17\/11\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tRULE.\n<\/p>\n<p> The present application has<br \/>\nbeen preferred by the applicant-original respondent no. 2 for<br \/>\nvacating the interim relief granted earlier and in the alternative<br \/>\nfor fixing the early date of hearing of Criminal Miscellaneous<br \/>\nApplication No. 4309\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe fact that  earlier the interim relief has been granted\/continued<br \/>\nafter hearing the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespective parties, the alternative prayer of the applicant for<br \/>\nfixing the early date of hearing of main Criminal Miscellaneous<br \/>\nApplication can be considered.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances, in the facts and circumstances of the case,<br \/>\nRegistry is directed to notify Criminal Miscellaneous<br \/>\nApplication No. 4309\/2010 for final hearing on 29\/11\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tWith<br \/>\nthis, the present application is allowed.
