Mr.R.Manoharan, the learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf<br \/>\nof the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this<br \/>\npetition and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on<br \/>\nbehalf of the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider and<br \/>\ndispose of the petitioner&#8217;s representation, dated 28.06.2010, within a period of<br \/>\ntwelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.  The petitioner<br \/>\nis directed to submit a copy of the representation, dated 28.06.2010, along with<br \/>\na copy of this order, to the respondent. However, it is made clear, that this<br \/>\nCourt, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
