Heard learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioner is languishing in custody<\/p>\n<p>                   since    21.12.2009         in   a      case    registered       under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections 457 and 380 of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                             It    is    alleged        that      unknown    criminals<\/p>\n<p>                   committed       theft      of    40,000\/-rupees          cash,     one<\/p>\n<p>                   Mobile    and    one       sound     box      from    shop   of   the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Subsequently,            it    is    alleged    that     the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner       confessed           his      guilt     before     the<\/p>\n<p>                   villagers       and     the      informant           produced     this<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner with the stolen articles before the<\/p>\n<p>                   police. The statement has been made in paragraph<\/p>\n<p>                   no.12 of the petition that the petitioner has no<\/p>\n<p>                   criminal antecedent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the aforesaid facts, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner above named be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing       bail       bond        of     Rs.     10,000\/-(Ten<\/p>\n<p>                   Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                   each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.
