Justice P.Q.BARKATH ALI\n\n Dated :17\/06\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n         PIUS.C.KURIAKOSE &amp; P.Q.BARKATH ALI, JJ.\n                      ------------------------\n                     L.A.A.No.614 OF 2009\n                      ------------------------\n\n             Dated this the 17th day of June, 2009\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Pius C.Kuriakose, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>     We do not find any ground to admit this appeal, which<\/p>\n<p>pertains to acquisition of land in      Keezhallur village for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of Kannur Airport pursuant to Section 4(1) notification<\/p>\n<p>published on 15\/5\/1998. The land acquisition officer awarded<\/p>\n<p>land value   at the rate of Rs.682.18        per cent, which was<\/p>\n<p>enhanced by the reference court at Rs.3000\/- per cent on the<\/p>\n<p>basis of evidence, particularly Ext.A1 judgment and Exts.X1 and<\/p>\n<p>X2 commissioners&#8217; reports. Interestingly, there was no counter<\/p>\n<p>evidence at all on the side of the respondent Government. It is<\/p>\n<p>brought to our notice that this court in L.A.A.
