However, the certificate which is produced<br \/>\nat Annexure-B referred to coronary angiography on 26.10.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nCopy was served to Mr.Ravani, learned advocate for C.B.I.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nThereafter learned advocate Ms.Mishra has submitted another<br \/>\ncertificate of Doctor which has been rescheduled on 03.11.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nLearned advocate Mr.Ravani submitted that appropriate order may be<br \/>\npassed on humanitarian consideration.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\nIn view of facts and circumstances, the interest of justice would be<br \/>\nserved if the present application is partly allowed for a period of<br \/>\n10 days&#8217; with effect from actual date of release subject to the<br \/>\nconditions that he shall not abuse or misuse his liberty and shall<br \/>\nexecute personal bond of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with<br \/>\nsimple surety of like amount before C.B.I. and on expiry of period of<br \/>\nhis release he shall surrender before the jail authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.<br \/>\nWith the above direction, present application is partly allowed. Rule<br \/>\nis made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct Service is<br \/>\npermitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>(RAJESH<br \/>\nH.
