BHAVADASAN, JJ.\n                 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n                               D.B.A. 97\/2009\n                               = = = = = = = = =\n\n          DATED THIS, THE 13TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2009.\n\n                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>Raman, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      This is an application seeking approval of Annexure A Sabarimala<\/p>\n<p>Master Plan Infrastructure Fund.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. It is averred in the supporting affidavit that a decision was taken by<\/p>\n<p>the High Power Committee held on 23.5.2009 to form an Infrastructure<\/p>\n<p>fund for mobilization of the fund for implementation of the Master Plan.<\/p>\n<p>The object is to mobilize requisite resources for undertaking the various<\/p>\n<p>developmental activities as proposed in the Master Plan through<\/p>\n<p>sponsorships and donations so that the resources of the Travancore<\/p>\n<p>Devaswom Board are not depended on for the same.<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Annexure A is the draft deed which was forwarded to the<\/p>\n<p>Ombudsman for filing his report. At the time of hearing the matter by the<\/p>\n<p>Ombudsman, the Devaswom Commissioner himself had suggested some<\/p>\n<p>amendments to the draft and accordingly, a revised draft prepared by him<\/p>\n<p>has been submitted to this Court along with the report of the Ombudsman<\/p>\n<p>for approval.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">D.B.A. 97\/2009                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      After considering the proposal and after hearing the parties, we<\/p>\n<p>are of the opinion that in order to mobilize such huge amount it is<\/p>\n<p>necessary to win the confidence of the people and for that, it must be<\/p>\n<p>transparent besides person of high repute and having held high<\/p>\n<p>position in life must be included as patron.<\/p>\n<p>      In the circumstances,     Mr. Justice Arijith Pasayath, Former<\/p>\n<p>Judge of the Honourable Supreme Court of India be included as Chief<\/p>\n<p>Patron and other patrons to be included be taken up in consultation<\/p>\n<p>with him.     The Chief Commissioner may convey the suggestion to<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Justice Arijith Pasayath and obtain consent.<\/p>\n<p>      Post on 18.8.2009.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                             P.R.
