As per the medical records and:  K V&#039; \nsummary. claimant had suffered fo:l1o\u00a7vi11g   V  V\n(1) Fracture of Patellatleg  * . ~. &quot; \n\n(ii) Haemothorasis  %  V  \nligament of z*1ght_k13ee joint  &#039;\n\n(iii) Abrastoii.  torlright elbow\njoint am? other ;ir:1J&#039;uIies;.u  .\n\nThe ciaimant was &#039;treatedttat  _I_iosp;taI.\n\n6. Dat\ufb01iarded compensation of\n~&#039;_&#039; i,1nd._er  headsc-\n\n VV [:1 &#039;   and Rs.35,000\/-\n % _ s:.;ffering_\n\n(11)  &quot;--1\\\/Iedical expenses Rs.30,000 \/-\n\nD&#039;  {iti}~--. _ Conveyance and Rs.5,000\/--\n- &#039;  _&#039;,.nourishment\n\n Loss of income during Rs.15,000\/\u00ab-\n&quot; &#039; treatment\n\n[v) Loss of amenities Rs. 10,000\/-\n\nTOTAL: Rs.95,000\/-\n\n \n\n\n\n4.
