No.41504 of 2010\n                                 HARIBANSH PANDIT\n                                      Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      29.03.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Injuries caused by this petitioner by means of sword are<\/p>\n<p>                     found simple in nature on non-vital parts of the body. Land dispute<\/p>\n<p>                     is there in between the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                     prayer of the petitioner is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.307 of 2010 above named<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                     the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., (West), Muzaffarpur subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                     conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
