No.20669 of 2011\n                                        Dharm Raj Yadav\n                                               Versus\n                                       The State Of Bihar\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2       18.07.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                     learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state.<\/p>\n<p>                                Taking into consideration that the petitioner is in jail<\/p>\n<p>                     custody since 20.01.2011 and except the confessional statement<\/p>\n<p>                     of co-accused, Bigan Nutt and some criminal antecedent, there<\/p>\n<p>                     is nothing against the petitioner and furthermore, co-accused,<\/p>\n<p>                     Bigan Nutt has already been granted privilege of bail by this<\/p>\n<p>                     court, let the petitioner, namely, Dharm Raj Yadav be released<\/p>\n<p>                     on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                     with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                     Brahmpur P.S.
