8. Further, it emerges from the impugned judgment<\/p>\n
that the appellant was aged about 24 years as on the-date of<\/p>\n
the accident and was a house wife. The accident “o7\u00a2cu:iT.edg<\/p>\n
in 2004. Therefore, the Claims Tribunal is? x <\/p>\n
Rs.3,000\/- as her monthly
\nthe appellant has stated

9. Further, the Tribunal has erred in awarding<\/p>\n
  compensation of only Rs.61,200\/– towards loss of future<\/p>\n

Rs.10.000\/– loss of amenities. it is not in dispute  the<\/p>\n

appellant to an extent of 25% to the  <\/p>\n
also not in dispute that because.__of_’ithe grieVo’11s’l:inju;f_i.es ‘<\/p>\n
sustained by her in the accident. the lappe}lVant’\u00bb.h.\u00a3tis_.l3<\/p>\n
treatment for four months.   regard to the
\nnature of injuries, durationoi’. percentage of
\ndisability suffered by-“‘  and also the
\nunhappiness.   remain through out her
\nlife. we :’are–_ -‘opinion that it is just and<\/p>\n
proper to agwzavrd’ — as against Rs. 10.000\/–<\/p>\n
