Hence, considering the facts and<br \/>\ncircumstances, there shall be interim injunction against the<br \/>\nexecution and implementation of the judgment and award passed by the<br \/>\nTribunal, on condition that the applicant deposits the entire awarded<br \/>\namount together with interest and costs within four weeks from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tWe<br \/>\nhave heard the learned advocates for the respective parties on the<br \/>\naspect of withdrawal.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances, out of the amount which may be deposited<br \/>\nby the applicant pursuant to the aforesaid condition imposed by this<br \/>\nCourt, the original claimants shall be permitted to withdraw 20% of<br \/>\nthe amount with proportionate interest and costs, whereas, the<br \/>\nremaining 80% of the  amount shall be invested by the Tribunal in any<br \/>\nNationalised Bank by way of Fixed Deposit Receipt initially for a<br \/>\nperiod three months and upon maturity, the same shall be renewed from<br \/>\ntime to time till the First Appeal is disposed of, but with a<br \/>\ncondition that the original claimants shall be entitled to the<br \/>\nperiodical interest from time to time.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tThe<br \/>\napplication is disposed of accordingly.
