RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                        - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                    Bail Application NO.3146\/2007\n\n                           - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                            DATED:25-5-2007\n\n\n\n                                  O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>              Petitioners who are  accused Nos. 5 and 6  in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.72\/2007       of     Kongad   Police   Station   for     offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable   under   Sections     363   and   395   IPC   seek   their<\/p>\n<p>enlargement   on   bail.                 Petitioners   were   arrested   on<\/p>\n<p>25.4.2007.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.    The   application   was   opposed   on   behalf   of   the<\/p>\n<p>prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.    Having   regard   to   the   nature   of   the     offences,   the<\/p>\n<p>duration   of   judicial   custody   of   the   petitioners,   the   present<\/p>\n<p>stage of investigation of the case and the other circumstances<\/p>\n<p>of the case,   if the petitioners are released on bail, they   will<\/p>\n<p>definitely influence and intimidate the prosecution witnesses.<\/p>\n<p>There   is   also   the   likelihood   of   the   petitioners   making<\/p>\n<p>themselves   scarce   and   fleeing   from   justice.
