Learned counsel for the're'spondent_hasllfiied\ufb01stat\u00e9mentrV\n\nof objections wherein he has stateAd._.aVs\"iiinder:\n\n6.1 That one Rukuman\ufb02g'i'iien.,\"a:\u00bb the Lokayukta\nPolice alleging  by Nagaraj, the\nSpecial Land    and Nagabushan,\nManagar,  disbursement of compensation.\nOn the basisol' his  No.24\/2010 was registered\n\nfor the offenceslapiicnishabii\u00e9. under sections 7, 13(1)(d) read with\n\n,f\u00a7'e'ct.i.oAn otthe i\ufb01r\u00e9iiention of Corruption Act. A trap was\n\naIso._.Ia'ic|. agajinst' t'he_accused persons therein.\n\n6.2.. Tha't-during the course of investigation in Crime\n\nseveral files relating to award of compensation by\n\n  secured and it was then noticed by the Investigating\n\n  that fraud has been played by the officials of KIADB in\n\n\u00a351'\n\n\n\nthe matter of disbursement of compensation. The Investigating\n\nOfficer then immediately reported the matter to his supeVri_oi'i5viili~o\n\nin turn requested the Chief Executive Officer  \n\nconduct an enquiry. The averments made in\n\n'complaint discloses several allegations made against the\n\n<2\/'\n\n\n\npetitioner.
