Respondent.\n                                     -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   25.02.2011                  This appeal is admitted for hearing.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Call for the lower court records.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  It is submitted that after nine hours of the<\/p>\n<p>                    occurrence the First Information Report lodged by son of the<\/p>\n<p>                    deceased expressed only suspicion against the appellant but later<\/p>\n<p>                    on another son and daughter-in-law of the deceased have claimed<\/p>\n<p>                    that they had seen the appellant running away from the place of<\/p>\n<p>                    occurrence.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  In the facts of the case, prayer for bail is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                    During the pendency of this appeal, the above named appellant is<\/p>\n<p>                    directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                    Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                    each to the satisfaction of Additional District &amp; Sessions Judge,<\/p>\n<p>                    F.T.C. IIIrd, Madhepura in connection with S.T.
