Justice K.K.DENESAN\n\n Dated :21\/12\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                              K.K.DENESAN, J.\n\n                     -----------------------------\n\n                         WP(C)No. 34092 OF 2006\n\n                     -----------------------------\n\n                 Dated this the 21st December, 2006.\n\n\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        As   per   Ext.P1   judgment   dated   4.8.2006   this   Court<\/p>\n<p>directed the second respondent to consider the appeal filed<\/p>\n<p>by   the   petitioner   and   to   take   decision   in   accordance   with<\/p>\n<p>law   as   expeditiously   as   possible,   in   any   event,   before<\/p>\n<p>30.11.2006.     This   writ   petition   has   been   filed   by   the   same<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   seeking   for   orders   to   keep   the   recovery<\/p>\n<p>proceedings   in   abeyance   on   the   ground   that   application<\/p>\n<p>filed   before   the   respondents   praying   for   the   very   same<\/p>\n<p>relief has not been considered.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.   Govt. Pleader submits that there is no question of<\/p>\n<p>any   interim   application   being   considered   by   the   Government<\/p>\n<p>at   this   stage   because   the   appeal   filed   by   the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>stands   already   disposed   of.     Counsel   for   the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>submits   that   no   such   order   has   been   communicated   to   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.   Govt.   Pleader   then   submits   that   he   has<\/p>\n<p>requested   the   Government   to   make   available   to   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner  a   copy   of   the   order   passed   by   the   Government   by<\/p>\n<p>fax.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.
