Appeal closed.\n\nGround of the Second Appeal:\nInformation furnished by the PIO, not satisfactory.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. Jawahar Singh;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. Harish Vats, Public Information Officer &amp; Dy Director (SUR);\n<\/p>\n<p>        The Appellant has sought information regarding Vividh Vikas Samiti which was an NGO who the<br \/>\nAppellant claims had made multiple purpose societies amongst Jhuggi Dwellers. The appellant states that<br \/>\nthis NGO had made the society but no information is available. The PIO has stated that there is no record<br \/>\nof this activity and hence information cannot be provided.
