RAMACHANDRA MENON, J.\n            .......................................................................\n                        WP (C) NO. 9142 OF 2010\n                     ...............................................\n             Dated this the 18th day of March, 2010\n\n\n                                 J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The petitioner has approached this Court with the<\/p>\n<p>following prayers:-\n<\/p>\n<p>   i). issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ,<\/p>\n<p>        order or direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to<\/p>\n<p>       consider and pass orders on Exhibits P1 and P2<\/p>\n<p>       representations forthwith;\n<\/p>\n<p>  ii). Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ,<\/p>\n<p>       order or direction commanding the respondents to<\/p>\n<p>       consider alternate proposals to draw the 33 KV electric<\/p>\n<p>       line from Nilambur-Pookottumpadam in Malappuram<\/p>\n<p>       District avoiding the petitioner&#8217;s properties comprised in<\/p>\n<p>       Re.Sy.No. 121 &amp; 131\/Pt and Rs.Sy.No.120\/270\/2Pt of<\/p>\n<p>       Amarambalam Village in Nilambur Taluk;<\/p>\n<p>  iii). Issue such other writ, order or directions as this<\/p>\n<p>       Honourable Court deems fit to be granted in the<\/p>\n<p>       circumstances of the case including cost of the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>WP (C) NO. 9142 OF 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       2. Heard the learned standing counsel who appeared<\/p>\n<p>on behalf of the respondents as well.<\/p>\n<p>       3.
