In that view of<br \/>\n\tthe matter, without entering into merits of present appeal, it is<br \/>\n\thereby ordered that if the appellant herein makes an application to<br \/>\n\tthe Tribunal for expediting the Claim Petition, the Tribunal will<br \/>\n\tconsider the same and dispose of the Claim Petition accordingly.
