Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :11\/07\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                           ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n                        ===============\n                      W.P.(C) NO. 6762 OF 2008 E\n                   ====================\n\n                Dated this the 11th day of July, 2008\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this writ petition filed challenging the revenue recovery<\/p>\n<p>proceedings initiated against the petitioner for realisation of the dues<\/p>\n<p>allegedly towards kist arrears and interest, petitioner submits that he<\/p>\n<p>wants to seek the benefit of the Amnesty Scheme announced by the<\/p>\n<p>Government of Kerala. However as a condition to the said Government<\/p>\n<p>Order, the petitioner has to withdraw the litigations, if any. In order to<\/p>\n<p>satisfy the said condition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to<\/p>\n<p>withdraw the writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Accordingly, in order to enable the petitioner to claim the benefit of<\/p>\n<p>the Amnesty Scheme, for which the petitioner submits that he has already<\/p>\n<p>filed Ext.P10 application, this writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and<\/p>\n<p>is dismissed.
