In all the four cases he has been enlarged on bail. It was also submitted that the Gangster<br \/>\nAct has been slapped merely to harass the applicant.It was further submitted that co-accused<br \/>\nAshutosh Mishra and Jitendra Singh have already been enlarged on bay by this Court.<br \/>\nThere does not appear to be any reasonable ground to believe that the applicant will tamper<br \/>\nwith the witnesses or abscond, if released on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused, the severity of<br \/>\nthe punishment and submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA, I<br \/>\nam of the view that the applicant has made out a case for bail.<br \/>\nLet the applicant Vijay Vikram Singh @ Rahul Singh involved in case crime No. 191 of 2010<br \/>\nunder sections 2\/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act,<br \/>\nP.S.Kamrauli, District Sultanpur, be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two<br \/>\nsureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned and also subject to the<br \/>\nfollowing conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>        1.
