RAMKUMAR, J.\n              ----------------------------------------------\n               Bail Application No.966 of 2011\n             -----------------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 11th day of February, 2011\n\n                                ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, who is the sole accused in Cr.No.67 of 2011 of<\/p>\n<p>Wadakkanchery Police Station for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 323, 324 &amp; 308 read with Section 34 I.P.C., seeks his<\/p>\n<p>enlargement on bail. The petitioner surrendered on 30\/01\/2011.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by the petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>present stage of investigation of the case and the other<\/p>\n<p>circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released<\/p>\n<p>on bail with effect from 21\/02\/2011 on his executing a bond for<\/p>\n<p>`15,000\/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two solvent<\/p>\n<p>sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate concerned and subject to the following conditions:-<\/p>\n<p>Bail Appln.No.966\/2011<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      1.     The    petitioner shall   report   before   the<\/p>\n<p>             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and<\/p>\n<p>             11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The petitioner shall make himself available for<\/p>\n<p>             interrogation as and when required by the<\/p>\n<p>             police at any time till the filing of the final<\/p>\n<p>             report.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     The petitioner shall not influence or intimidate<\/p>\n<p>             the   prosecution witnesses nor        shall he<\/p>\n<p>             attempt to tamper with the evidence for the<\/p>\n<p>             prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.
