Dubey, Registrar<br \/>\n                    Mr. Deepak Vats, Deputy Registrar<br \/>\n                    Mr. Rajendra Prasad, Principal<\/p>\n<p>                    Ms. Ekta Lashkar-Appellant<br \/>\n                    Mr. Hemant Lashkar<\/p>\n<p>                                      DECISION<\/p>\n<p>       This matter was taken up for hearing on 01.10.2008, which was attended<br \/>\nby the appellant in person and the concerned officials from the public authority.<br \/>\nOriginally this case was heard in the Commission by Hon&#8217;ble Commissioner, Dr.<br \/>\nO.P. Kejariwal and on the specific request of the appellant herein the matter is<br \/>\nbefore me for further adjudication. The matter was deliberated in detail from both<br \/>\nthe appellant and the authorities.      The Commission by his decision dated<br \/>\n17.5.2007 has issued that the appellant shall make an item-wise list of the<br \/>\ninformation that she is seeking for which she feels incorrect information has been<br \/>\nprovided. As regards the question on HRA the respondents have been asked to<br \/>\nshow to the appellant all the relevant records in the matter. When the status of<br \/>\nthe case was ascertained from the public authority, the Principal\/AA has clarified<br \/>\nthat the appellant did not approach them after the aforesaid decision.         The<br \/>\nPrincipal\/AA has been instructed that whenever some directions are received<br \/>\nfrom the Commission they should have informed the appellant of their convenient<br \/>\ntime for inspection of relevant records. Hence, the Principal &amp; AA has been<br \/>\ndirected during the hearing that he shall fix up an appointment with the appellant<br \/>\non a mutually convenient date for carrying out inspection of the records as per<br \/>\nthe directions of decision dated 17.5.2007.       During the hearing itself it was<br \/>\ndecided among the parties that the time suitable would be on 6.10.2008 at 11.00<br \/>\na.m. Moreover, as and when the appellant files item-wise list of information<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                             1<\/span><br \/>\n where she felt incorrect information, the CPIO is directed to provide clarification<br \/>\nwithin 15 days from the date of receipt of such list. The appellant has raised an<br \/>\nissue that the public authority has also been issued with show-cause notice by<br \/>\nthe Commission in its decision dated 17.5.2007 and she wanted to know the<br \/>\nstatus of the same. It was told that it would be appropriate that the penalty<br \/>\nproceedings are pursued by the same Commissioner who has initiated the same.<br \/>\nAccordingly the Registry may transfer back this particular file to the Registry of<br \/>\nHon&#8217;ble Dr. O.P.
