Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader submitted that petitioner is not an accused in any case<\/p>\n<p>and therefore there is no question of police harassment.         The<\/p>\n<p>allegation that police went to the petitioner&#8217;s house was denied<\/p>\n<p>but however, we make it clear that if police visit the house of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner without registering any case, that will be taken<\/p>\n<p>seriously and petitioner can move the Superintendent of Police<\/p>\n<p>or Judicial Magistrate.    If any crime is registered, investigation<\/p>\n<p>can be only according to law.
