The reference court awarded<\/p>\n<p>enhancement  of  compensation  relying  on  Ext.A1  judgment<\/p>\n<p>passed in L.A.R.No.64 of 1998.    Government Pleader fairly<\/p>\n<p>submitted that the above judgment has become final.
