The Apex Court has allowed appeal<br \/>\n\tpreferred by appellant while setting aside order passed by Division<br \/>\n\tBench of this Court.  Let such representation is to be made by<br \/>\n\tpetitioner within a period of fifteen days from date of receiving<br \/>\n\tcopy of present order.\n<\/p>\n<p>As<br \/>\n\tand when both respondents receive such representation, it is<br \/>\n\tdirected to both respondents to consider it and examine grievance of<br \/>\n\tpetitioner.  Then to take appropriate decision within a period of<br \/>\n\tone month from date of receiving such representation from<br \/>\n\tpetitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of above observation and direction, present petition is<br \/>\n\tdisposed of by this Court without expressing any opinion on merits.<br \/>\n\tHowever, in case if ultimate decision is adverse to petitioner it is<br \/>\n\topen for petitioner to challenge same before appropriate forum in<br \/>\n\taccordance with law.
