The<\/p>\n<p>                          petitioner         proposed       the     informant        and    her<\/p>\n<p>                          husband       for     giving       their       photographs        for<\/p>\n<p>                          preparation         of    the     identity       card.      In    the<\/p>\n<p>                          night,       she     stayed       in     the     house      of    her<\/p>\n<p>                          husband&#8217;s niece. It has further been alleged<\/p>\n<p>                          that the informant&#8217;s husband was tied in a<\/p>\n<p>                          pole and he was beaten to death by Shyam<\/p>\n<p>                          Sundar       Rai     (the      petitioner),           Badri      Rai,<\/p>\n<p>                          Laxman Rai, Jagdish Rai, Ram Ishwar Rai and<\/p>\n<p>                          Mahadeo Rai.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         Submission        is     that    the     dead     body<\/p>\n<p>                          was recovered from a pond and the petitioner<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            was implicated on account of previous enmity.<\/p>\n<p>            The informant had no occasion to go with the<\/p>\n<p>            petitioner when both were on inimical terms.<\/p>\n<pre>                        Considering             the        facts          and\n\n            circumstances         of    the    case,     let    the     above\n\n            named    petitioner          be    released    on    bail      on\n\n            furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-                         (ten\n\n            thousand)       with       two    sureties    of    the     like\n\n            amount    each        to    the    satisfaction        of    the\n\n            learned   1st    Additional Sessions               Judge\/court\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>            concerned, Banka in connection with Sessions<\/p>\n<p>            Trial No. 1005 of 2010 arising out of Bounsi<\/p>\n<p>            P.S.
