                                   The petitioners have sought quashing of the cognizance<\/p>\n
                       order dated 6.1.2010 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial<\/p>\n
                       Magistrate, Masaurhi, in Bhagwanganj P.S. case no.67 of 2009, on<\/p>\n
                       the ground that the final report was submitted in the matter and,<\/p>\n
                       therefore, the Magistrate concerned should not have differed with the<\/p>\n
                       same.\n<\/p>\n
                                   It is well within the power of the Magistrate to differ with<\/p>\n
                       the final report.\n<\/p>\n
                                   The application is, thus, dismissed.<\/p>\n
