No.22153 of 2011\n                    1.Yogendra Lal Deo son of late Sahdev Lal Deo\n                    2.Mala Devi @ Malo Devi wife of Yogendra Lal Deo\n                    3.Dharmendra Lal Deo son of Yognedra Lal Deo\n                    4.Sangita Devi wife of Dharmendra Lal Deo\n                     All residents of village-Jatuka, P.S.-Manigachhi\n                      District-Darbhanga.\n                                               Versus\n                                         The State Of Bihar\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   13.7.2011.               Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                  counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Apprehending their arrest the petitioners seek bail in a<\/p>\n<p>                  case arising out of a complaint in which cognizance has been taken<\/p>\n<p>                  for the offence under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                              It is submitted that petitioner no.1 is father-in-law,<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law, petitioner no.3 is brother-in-law<\/p>\n<p>                  (Bhainsur) and petitioner 4 is sister-in-law (Gotni). Learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                  for the petitioners submits that admittedly marriage of the<\/p>\n<p>                  complainant took place on 23.4.1998 and the complainant is blessed<\/p>\n<p>                  with three children out of wedlock with co-accused Sanjay Lal Deo.<\/p>\n<p>                  Learned counsel for the petitioners has also brought on record an<\/p>\n<p>                  enquiry report submitted by the police officer to the Senior<\/p>\n<p>                  Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga which is marked as Annexure-<\/p>\n<p>                  2 to this bail petition. The said enquiry was conducted pursuant to<\/p>\n<p>                  some sort of allegation made by the complainant against her<\/p>\n<p>                  husband and in-laws. The enquiry report dated 3.1.2010 goes to<\/p>\n<p>                  suggest that the police officer opined that there was incompatibility<\/p>\n<p>                  between husband and wife and allegation of subjecting her to cruelty<\/p>\n<p>                  was found unfounded.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Taking into consideration the aforesaid fact as also the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        fact that the case arises out of a complaint, let the petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>        namely, 1.Yogendra Lal Deo, 2. Mala Devi @ Malo Devi, 3.<\/p>\n<p>        Dharmendra Lal Deo and 4.Sangita Devi in the event of their arrest<\/p>\n<p>        or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks<\/p>\n<p>        from the date of communication of the order be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>        furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>        of the like amount each to the satisfaction of      Sub. Divisional<\/p>\n<p>        Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with C.R. Case<\/p>\n<p>        No.2775 of 2010 (T.R. No.3765 of 2011).\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Md.S.
