NO.44222 OF 2010\nGHUTAR YADAV, SON OF JANKI YADAV, RESIDENT OF VILLAGE ASHOTA,\nPOLICE STATION SHAMBHUGANJ, DISTRICT BANKA\n                              VERSUS\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                              **********\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    26\/03\/2011             Heard Counsel for the petitioner and the A.P.P.<\/p>\n<p>                  appearing on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                  case under Sections 302\/34 of the Indian Penal Code and<\/p>\n<p>                  Section 27 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is<\/p>\n<p>                  no specific allegation against the petitioner.
