The PIO has however directed to provide<br \/>\nthe specific information to the Appellant whether any action has been taken so far against pensioners who<br \/>\nhave been identified as dual beneficiaries who were enjoying double pension illegally. The Appellant<br \/>\nwould like to inspect the relevant records on 11 January 2011 from 11.00AM onwards.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The PIO is directed to give the specific information to the Appellant whether any<br \/>\naction has been taken so far against pensioners who have been identified as dual<br \/>\nbeneficiaries who were enjoying double pension illegally. The PIO will give this<br \/>\ninformation to the appellant on 11 January 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO is also directed to facilitate an inspection of the relevant records by the Appellant<br \/>\non 11 January 2011 from 11.00AM onwards.
