Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :07\/07\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                     ================\n                 W.P.(C) NO. 21047 OF 2010 (E)\n                 =====================\n\n              Dated this the 7th day of July, 2010\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The prayer sought in the writ petition is for a consideration<\/p>\n<p>of Exts.P8 and P9 representations made by the petitioners before<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent. Petitioners are working as Overseer Grade I<\/p>\n<p>and Draftsman Grade I under the 2nd respondent. They complain<\/p>\n<p>of anomaly consequent upon the revision of pay upon the grant of<\/p>\n<p>third time bound higher grade. It is in this context, they have<\/p>\n<p>filed Exts.P8 and P9 before the 2nd respondent.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Having regard to the pendency of Exts.P8 and P9, it is<\/p>\n<p>directed    that   the    2nd  respondent   shall   consider   the<\/p>\n<p>representations with notice to the petitioners and pass orders<\/p>\n<p>thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within three<\/p>\n<p>months of production of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
